Not Legal, Only Indicative

My general humble point of view, is, if “hardware openness certification” become a reality, then let’s:

  • be careful of (look after) making the certification only an indicative tool. Let the legal tool in the hands of licenses.
  • be careful of the nightmare of the organization of the certification processes

Certification with trademark and/or logo makes it a legal thing.
