the proposed modification requires that all prompts and commands used in training and developing machine-learning systems be documented and made accessible. this will allow users to view the inputs that influenced the model’s behavior, understand the purpose and construction of each prompt, test modifications, trace model versions, and ensure the entire process is transparent and replicable.
